Halloween Fayre

On Wednesday 28th of October, the students of all four houses worked together to put on a Halloween Fayre in order to raise money for our chosen charity this year (Wishes for Kids). This charity is currently being supported by a former student who is in the process of completing an extremely demanding 20 000km cycle ride.

The event boasted a wide variety of stalls and activities, ranging from balloon popping, cake stalls, nail painting, treasure hunts, sweet stalls, feel the object and even a throw the wet sponge at a very brave teacher stall! A group of students also provided live music for the occasion, which helped to provide an extremely positive vibrant attitude amongst all who attended. The event raised £230 which has been very gratefully received by Chris, who has said that it is helping him to keep going on his very difficult journey.

As always, the students demonstrated excellent team work and organisation to plan and run their stalls effectively and efficiently.

Many thanks to all students and staff who were involved.
