Ex-student sets her goals high

It’s great to see how teachers past and present have inspired our students to be motivated and to work towards their dreams.

The Leicester Mercury ran an interview with ex-student Jenny Burrows this week.

Jenny, who left the college after A Levels in 2004, went on to earn a Maths Degree and move into the working world as an accountant.

After being inspired by our PE team she carried on playing rugby after she left our college but as injuries took their toll she looked towards becoming a referee in order to continue her love of the game.

This is an inspiring interview and well worth a read!
